Q: What is included in the Cooler Combo?
A: The Cooler Combo includes both the Bottle Filler and Water Cooler, plus the standard filter, shipped in separate boxes.
Q: Does the shipment include everything for installation?
A: No. Plumber must provide a shut-off valve and 1-1/4” trap (not furnished).
Q: What accessories are available for this model?
A: Recommended accessories include the MLP200 In-Wall Carrier for secure installation and the LKAPREZL Cane Apron for ADA compliance.
Q: Is there a Bottle Filler available with higher capacity & performance?

Q: Can this unit be installed outdoors?
A: No. The LZSTLDDWSLK is designed for indoor use only and must be installed in compliance with local plumbing and electrical codes.

Maintenance
It is recommended to routinely clean your Bottle Filling Station with a soft cloth and mild dishwashing soap to spray and wipe down the unit. It is also recommended to clean the flexible fill mat. Remove the four screws to wipe beneath and on top of the mat.
