What is the return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you would like to return your unused item, we refund you less a 25% restocking fee and original shipping fees (if applicable).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note there are NO RETURNS for outdoor models.

How long does it take for a shipment to be delivered?

3-7 business days in the U.S (exceptions may apply).  Expedited shipping options are available.  For a more accurate estimate, please contact us with the desired model #, quantity, shipping zip code and expected order date.

Is there a warranty for an Elkay and Halsey Bottle Filling Station?

Yes, the following warranties apply: Refrigeration System Elkay and Halsey Taylor refrigeration systems include a 5 year limited warranty. Electrical Parts & Water System The Elkay and Halsey Taylor warranty for electrical parts and water system is valid 18 months from the factory shipment or 12 months from the date of installation.  The warranty will honor which ever date falls first. Yes, we will provide lifetime troubleshoot advisory to help diagnose and solve your problem. Please note that certain problems may require additional service. 


How do I install an Elkay or Halsey Taylor Bottle Filling Station?

Installation instructions vary by model.  Each unit shipped contains installation instructions.  Also, BottleFillingStations.com includes installation instructions for each model on the product pages. 

Do you provide installation services?

Yes we do! Our nation-wide installation network will assure your new drinking fountain is being installed the right way the first time.  Contact us for a custom quote.

How old can my existing Elkay or Halsey Taylor fountain be for a retrofit install?

We advise that NON-CHILLED fountains less than 10 years old are suitable for a retrofit. We advise that CHILLED fountains less than 5 years are suitable for a retrofit. Not sure how old your model is?  We can find out for you. Contact us with your existing fountain’s serial #, which you can find at the bottom of your fountain. 

Are these bottle filling stations ADA compliant?

All bottle filling stations are designed for ADA compliancy; however, we advice you to check the spec sheet to verify compliance. The spec sheet can be found on the product page at BottleFillingStations.com. 

How long does it take to install an Elkay or Halsey Taylor retrofit?

It varies, but the typical Bottle Filling Station retrofit install takes 2-3 hours. 


How do I clean my Elkay or Halsey Taylor Bottle Filling Station?

It is recommended to routinely clean your Bottle Filling Station with a soft cloth and mild dishwashing soap to spray and wipe down the unit.  See video here (jump to 0:48 min) It is also recommended to clean the flexible fill mat.  Remove the four screws to wipe beneath and on top of the mat.  See VIDEO here (jump to 2:35 min) 

How do I replace my Elkay or Halsey Taylor Bottle Filling Station FILTER?

When filter status light turns to red, the filter needs to be changed.  Follow these steps:

1) Remove the bottom access panel.
2) Unplug unit
3) Unscrew old filter
4) Install new WaterSentry Plus filter.
5) Rest Filter light.  See below.

What do the filters remove from the water?

The WaterSentry Plus filters used in the Elkay and Halsey Taylor bottle filling stations reduces Aesthetic Chlorine, Taste and Odor, Particulate Class I, and Lead. 

How long do the filters last?

The WaterSentry Plus filters used in the Elkay and Halsey Taylor bottle filling stations have a 3,000 Gallon capacity, or about 20,000 20 oz. bottle fills.

How hard is it to change a filter?

Changing a filter is fairly easy.  Simply twist the used filter with a one fourth turn and replace with the new filter cartridge.  Filter replacements are available in single or bulk order (View Store). 

How do I reset the Filter Light on an Elkay or Hasley Taylor Bottle Filler?

Reset filter light back to green by removing top cover and pressing the black reset button.  Select reset filter.  The light should appear as green.  Detailed instructions on filter light reset are included in produce package.
