We will get to work immediately in an attempt to diagnose the issue, which may involve us connecting the customer with the manufacturer for quicker service. We also may request more information.
You will hear something from us by the same time next business day. If parts are needed to fix the issue, and are not covered under warranty, they can be supplied at a cost to the customer. Any necessary parts that are covered under warranty will be provided at no cost to the customer.
