Refunds

BottleFillingStations.com is an online supplier of high quality drinking fountains, filters, and parts. If there are any issues with your order, we will work with you to form a solution.

If you are not satisfied with your product(s), we will work with you to form a solution. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 60 days of your receipt and your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note there are no refunds or returns for Outdoor Drinking Fountains and Bottle Filling Stations, Ice Machines, or "Open Box" products. Add on orders like refrigeration, expedited shipping or special requests are not eligible for refunds. 

BottleFillingStations.com inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused, or non-resalable items.

If item(s) are approved for return, we'll refund your purchase amount less a restocking fee.  The restocking fee will be 35% of the purchase price, including shipping. Additionally, you are responsible for all return-related freight charges.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bottlefillingstations.com.

BottleFillingStations.com reserves the right to authorize product returns after 60 days have passed from the invoice date. However, if the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 35% restocking fee and credit will be issued towards future purchases.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Additionally, if orders were originally sent via motor freight, they must be returned via motor freight and not small package service (UPS, FEDEX, USPS). Please email or call us with any questions pertaining to shipping your return item.

Bottlefillingstations.com will notify you where to send the returns.

Damaged Goods

It is the receiver's responsibility to check for damage before signing for the package(s). If damage is found, the receiver must report this with the driver. Bottlefillingstations.com will not take responsibility for shipping damage that has not been reported in writing before the driver has left.  In some cases a claim may still be made within 3 days of shipment. Please take good pictures preferably showing the items damaged in the boxes. Please call us and we will work with you to resolve the issue if possible. Products that are damaged or faulty not in relation to shipping will be covered under warranty.
