Same Day Shipping

All in stock orders received before 3PM EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 3PM EST will ship the following business day.

Evergreen normally ships in 5-15 days. Black, Gray and Blue ship in 2-4 weeks.

Orders that ship directly from a manufacturer normally have a firm shipping estimate but those dates are subject to change due to manufacturer production, inventory or shipping. We do our best to estimate ship dates but orders shipping directly from the manufacturer can have unexpected delays. We will confirm tracking information when orders ship directly from a manufacturer but may not have updates or estimates beyond the original estimate. Once your order is placed with the manufacturer, it may not be able to be cancelled even if it hasn't shipped yet.

Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time.  We reserve the right to charge an additional fee in addition to the regularly advertised shipping fee for shipping to remote areas not easily accessible by typical freight carrier means (i.e. islands only accessible by ferry). If your order falls into this category, you will be notified upon receipt of your order, and have the option to complete the purchase with additional fee or to cancel the order.  Please note, these instances are very rare, as most locations are reachable by regular freight. Q: Does the EZO8WSLK include filtration?

A: No. This model is non-filtered. For filtered hydration, choose the LZO8WSLK filtered version. Inline filtration can also be added with the EWF3000 WaterSentry® Plus Filter Kit.

Q: What warranty is included?

A: Elkay provides a 5-year limited warranty on the refrigeration system and a 12-month warranty on electrical components and the water system.

Q: Can this unit be installed outdoors?

A: No. The EZO8WSLK is rated for indoor use only.

Q: Are accessories available?

A: Yes. Elkay offers the LKAPREZL Cane Apron for ADA compliance and the MLP100 In-Wall Carrier for secure installation.

Q: Is the EZO8WSLK part of a larger collection?
