Q: Can the LBWDC00BKC dispense chilled water?
A: The LBWDC00BKC is a non-refrigerated unit as shipped. However, it is compatible with the optional ER101Y Remote Chiller (10 GPH) for chilled water output. Note: when installed with a remote chiller, the filter should also be installed remotely near the chiller.
Q: What water pressure is required for installation?
A: The LBWDC00BKC is designed to operate on 40 to 105 psi supply line pressure. A dedicated 15a Hospital Grade GFCI breaker is recommended for the electrical supply.
Q: What is included in the box with the LBWDC00BKC?
A: The unit ships with a water dispenser, SS filter box, remote filter cable, and a 3,000 gallon filter — everything needed for a complete installation in one box.
NOTICE: Do not use with water that is unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection either before or after the system.

- Turn off the water supply and power before starting.
- Cut the wall opening to the recommended size and make sure the cavity is deep enough for the unit.
- Slide the dispenser into the wall opening and secure it with screws to the wall studs.
- Connect the water line to the shut‑off valve and then to the dispenser inlet.
- If using the filter box, install it directly below the dispenser and connect the tubing.
- If using a remote filter or optional chiller, mount them nearby (within 15 feet) and connect with tubing.
- Connect the electrical wiring to a GFCI‑protected circuit as required by code.
- Turn the water back on, restore power, and test the dispenser for leaks and proper flow.
- For detailed steps, refer to the installation manual provided in the package or contact a licensed plumber/electrician.
- Replace the water filter when the indicator shows it’s time or at least once a year.
- Check tubing and connections regularly for leaks.
- Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and mild cleaner.
