Q: Can the Haws 1435 be used outdoors?
A: Yes, the 1435 is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, provided the temperature remains above freezing. In extreme heat or cold, the unit must be protected from exposure-related damage.
Q: Is a water filter compatible with the Haws 1435?
A: Yes. The optional Model 6480 filter kit includes a 3,000-gallon carbon block filter, filter head, and mounting bracket and can be added for filtered drinking water.
Q: Does the Haws 1435 support chilled water?
A: The fountain does not include built-in refrigeration, but it is compatible with the optional Model HCR8 remote water chiller, which provides 8 GPH of instantaneous chilled water.
