Same Day Shipping

All in stock orders received before 3PM EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 3PM EST will ship the following business day.

Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time.  We reserve the right to charge an additional fee in addition to the regularly advertised shipping fee for shipping to remote areas not easily accessible by typical freight carrier means (i.e. islands only accessible by ferry). If your order falls into this category, you will be notified upon receipt of your order, and have the option to complete the purchase with additional fee or to cancel the order.  Please note, these instances are very rare, as most locations are reachable by regular freight. Q: Is filtration included with this model?

A: No. The HTHB-HAC8PV-NF is non-filtered, but it can be upgraded using the HWF3000 WaterSentry® Plus Filter Kit. For filtered option choose the HTHB-HAC8PV-WF.

Q: What accessories are available?

A: Compatible accessories include the MLP100 In-Wall Carrier and the 98312C Cane Apron.

Q: Does this unit meet ADA requirements?

A: Yes. When installed at the specified rim and orifice heights, the cooler complies with ADA & ICC A117.1 accessibility standards.

Q: What is the chilling capacity?

A: 8.0 gallons per hour of 50°F drinking water, based on 80°F inlet water and 90°F ambient air.
