Product Care Information
Installation
  • Insert six new AA alkaline batteries, ensuring not to combine old and new batteries.
  • Mount the dispenser on a smooth wall surface, making sure to clean the area first.
  • Ensure that there is a distance greater than 10 inches (25 centimeters) between the bottom of the dispenser and the sink basin or any object directly below it.
  • Do not place items like stainless steel utensils or photoelectric sensors beneath the sensor window of the dispenser.
  • Place the dispenser in a location that receives minimal exposure to sunlight.

Soap Fill

  • Unlock and open the upper cover using the key.
  • Unplug the connector from the battery case.
  • Open the container and pour out the liquid or soap.
  • Please remove any excess liquid or soap.
  • Reattach the connector to the battery case, replace the upper cover, and secure it with the key.
  • Position your hand beneath the sensor window. The LED indicator will illuminate, and the liquid will be dispensed.
  • Press the settings button and hold your hand under the sensor for over 2 seconds until the fluid is dispensed.
