Evergreen normally ships in 5-15 days. Black, Gray and Blue ship in 2-4 weeks.

We do our best to estimate ship dates but orders shipping directly from the manufacturer can have unexpected delays. We will confirm tracking information when orders ship directly from a manufacturer but may not have updates or estimates beyond the original estimate. Once your order is placed with the manufacturer, it may not be able to be cancelled even if it hasn't shipped yet.

If your order falls into this category, you will be notified upon receipt of your order, and have the option to complete the purchase with additional fee or to cancel the order.  Please note, these instances are very rare, as most locations are reachable by regular freight.
