Q: Which VERDEdri® models is the 93-10490K compatible with?
A: The 93-10490K is compatible exclusively with second-generation VERDEdri® V2 models — those with model numbers ending in "A2", including Q-162A2, Q-972A2, Q-973A2, and Q-974A2. These can be identified by the blue plastic sensor area visible at the bottom of the dryer near the air nozzle. If your dryer has only metal cover from top to bottom with no blue section, it is a first-generation unit requiring Part #93-10292K instead.
Q: How often should the 93-10490K HEPA filter be inspected or replaced?
A: In restrooms with modest traffic, the filter should be inspected at least four times per year. In high-traffic facilities with greater dust and lint levels, monthly inspection is recommended. The filter should be replaced when lint or dust is clearly visible on the exterior. Always disconnect power before inspecting or replacing the filter.
