Q: Which VERDEdri® models is the 93-10292K compatible with?
A: The 93-10292K is compatible exclusively with the original first-generation VERDEdri® Q-Series models, including Q-162, Q-972, Q-973, and Q-974. To identify your generation, look at the bottom of the dryer near the air nozzle — if you see only metal cover from top to bottom, you have the first generation. If blue plastic protrudes from the bottom near the nozzle, you have the second generation (A2 suffix), which requires Part #93-10490K instead.
Q: How often should the 93-10292K HEPA filter be inspected or replaced?
A: In restrooms with moderate traffic, the filter should be inspected at least four times per year. In high-traffic facilities with greater dust and lint exposure, monthly inspection is recommended. The filter should be replaced when lint or dust is clearly visible on the exterior surface.
Q: Is the 93-10292K compatible with second-generation VERDEdri® (A2) models?
A: No — the 93-10292K is for first-generation VERDEdri® models only. Second-generation VERDEdri® models (model numbers ending in "A2") require the updated replacement filter, Part #93-10490K.
