The water filter, designed exclusively for Scotsman ice machines, is crucial in preserving the ice's quality and flavor. It efficiently eliminates impurities and contaminants from the water, mitigating potential health hazards and guaranteeing that the ice is safe to consume.

- Triple system suitable for cubers up to 650 lb (295 kg) and for flakers, nuggets, and nugget dispensers up to 1,200 lb (544 kg).
- Using polyphosphate to inhibit scale buildup.
- Leaving chlorine in water helps maintain the machines' cleanliness for an extended period.
- Simple to install and upkeep.
- Reduced pore size now effectively removes additional unwanted compounds.
- A smaller footprint enhances operational flexibility.
- Chlorine reduction, taste and odor improvement, particle diminishment, 99.9% particle reduction, and filtration of particles 1/2 micron in size and larger.
- Designed as replacement cartridges for Scotsman AP/SSM Plus filtration systems.
- Turn off water supply before replacing the cartridge.
- Remove the used cartridge and insert the new one securely into the manifold.
- Run water through the system for several minutes to flush air and carbon particles.
- If replacement is difficult, contact a licensed plumber or authorized Scotsman service technician.
- Replace cartridges on a regular schedule to maintain filtration performance.
- Typical replacement interval: every 12 months or as indicated by water quality and usage.
- Inspect system periodically for leaks or reduced flow.
- Use only genuine Scotsman replacement cartridges
- Do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection.
