Note: This product requires the Haws MTGFR.LG in-wall mounting plate and Haws HCR8 Remote Drinking Water Chiller, which must be purchased separately.

Q: What is the difference between the Haws H1011.8HPS and the 1011.8HPS?
A: There is no functional difference. The H1011.8HPS and 1011.8HPS are essentially the same product with different naming. Haws often uses the “H” prefix in some listings or documentation, but it refers to the same product.
Q: Is the H1011.8HPS suitable for outdoor installation?
A: No. The H1011.8HPS is designed for indoor use only. Outdoor environments or enclosed pool areas with chlorine exposure are not recommended and may void the warranty.
Q: Does the H1011.8HPS come as a complete ready-to-install unit?
A: The H1011.8HPS requires models 1011.8HPS, HCR8 (remote chiller), and MTGFR.LG (mounting frame) to be purchased separately for a complete installation.
Q: Can a water filter or bottle filler be added to the H1011.8HPS?
A: Yes. An optional Model 6480 filter kit with a 3,000-gallon carbon block filter can be added. Additionally, Model 1920HPS polished stainless steel bottle filler is compatible and can be mounted above the fountain.
NOTICE: Do not use with water that is unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection either before or after the system.
