- Disconnect old filter cartridge wiring and unscrew cartridge.
- Screw new cartridge firmly into filter head and reconnect wiring.
- Ensure filter status LED flashes green when panel is closed and water is dispensing.
- Run 5 gallons of water through the system to purge carbon particles and air bubbles.
- For detailed steps, refer to the manual provided in the package or contact a licensed plumber.
- Replace filter every 12 months or after 2,500 gallons of use.
- Inspect LED indicator periodically; replace filter if light does not show green.
- Check for leaks after installation and during routine inspections.
