Q: What type of supply and waste connections does the Haws 1431 require?
A: The 1431 requires a 1/2" IPS water supply (or 3/8" O.D. tubing) and connects to a 1-1/2" IPS waste line. The chrome-plated 1-1/2" NPT trap is supplied with the unit.
Q: Can a bottle filling station be added to the Haws 1431?
A: Yes. The optional Model 1900 bottle filler can be mounted above the Haws 1431 as a combined hydration station, making it compatible with most Haws fountains and competitors' water coolers.
Q: Is the Haws 1431 suitable for outdoor installation?
A: The 1431 is designed for indoor/outdoor environments where temperatures remain above freezing. In extreme heat or cold, the product must be protected from exposure to prevent damage.
