Q: Can the Haws 1211SVN be installed over an existing water cooler without major plumbing changes?
A: Yes. The 1211SVN features a universal mounting configuration designed to retrofit over most existing competitor rough-ins, minimizing installation complexity. A full-scale rough-in template (Model MTG.1200) is available upon request.
Q: Will the drinking fountain still work if there is a power outage?
A: Yes. The push-button activated drinking fountain will continue to dispense water from the bubbler without power. However, the sensor-activated bottle filler and electronic display require electricity to operate.
Q: Is the Haws 1211SVN suitable for outdoor installation?
A: No. The 1211SVN is rated for indoor use only. Electric water coolers in this series are not recommended or designed for outdoor applications or enclosed pool areas, and failure to comply may void the warranty.
