Q: Can the Haws 1210SF be installed over an existing water cooler rough-in?
A: Yes. The 1210SF features a specially designed internal configuration that allows it to retrofit over many existing competitor water cooler rough-ins, including models from Elkay/Halsey Taylor, Oasis, Sunroc, Murdock, and select Haws units.
Q: What happens when the filter reaches its capacity?
A: The Electronic Lifecycle Control automatically shuts off water flow when the 3,000-gallon filter capacity is reached. The LED display will alert users when capacity is below 10%. Water flow resumes only after a new filter cartridge is installed.
Q: Is the Haws 1210SF suitable for outdoor use?
A: No. The 1210SF is designed for indoor use only. Electric water coolers are not recommended for outdoor applications or enclosed pool areas where chlorine exposure may occur, as this could void the warranty.
NOTICE: Do not use with water that is unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection either before or after the system.
