A: No. The Haws 1202SF is rated for indoor use only. It is not recommended for outdoor applications or enclosed pool areas where chlorine exposure may occur, as this may void the warranty.
Q: What happens when the filter reaches its capacity?
A: The Electronic Lifecycle Control automatically shuts off water flow once the 3,000-gallon (11,356 L) filter capacity is reached. Water flow will only resume after the filter cartridge has been replaced, ensuring consistently filtered water.
Q: Can the Haws 1202SF replace an existing water cooler without full replumbing?
A: Yes. The Haws 1202SF is designed with a universal mounting configuration that allows it to retrofit over many existing competitor cooler rough-ins, including select models from Elkay/Halsey Taylor, Oasis, Sunroc, and Murdock, minimizing installation effort.
