Q: Is the Haws 1201SF suitable for outdoor or pool environments?
A: No. The 1201SF is designed for indoor use only. It is not recommended for outdoor applications or enclosed pool/chlorine environments, as such conditions may void the warranty.
Q: How do I know when the filter needs to be replaced on the 1201SF?
A: The unit features colored filter status indicator lights located under the bowl. When the 3,000-gallon filter capacity is reached, the Electronic Lifecycle Control automatically shuts off water flow. Flow resumes only after a new filter cartridge is installed.
Q: What replacement filter is compatible with the Haws 1201SF?
A: The compatible replacement filter is Model 6428-C — a 12-pack of 3,000-gallon (11,356 L) filter cartridges with Electronic Lifecycle Control, designed specifically for the Haws 1200 series water coolers.
