Q: Can a water filter be added to the Haws 1001MSP?
A: Yes. The optional Model 6480 filter kit — which includes a 3,000-gallon carbon block filter, filter head, and mounting bracket — can be added to provide filtered water.
Q: Is chilled water available with this unit?
A: Chilled water is not included by default, but the optional Model HCR8 remote water chiller (8 GPH) can be paired with the Haws 1001MSP to provide instantaneous chilled water on demand.
Q: What type of installation does the Haws 1001MSP require?
A: The 1001MSP is designed for in-wall installation. It includes a galvanized in-wall mounting frame with a lower access panel for front access to the P-trap and stop, a 3/16" thick steel mounting plate for the bottle filler, and stainless steel satin finish back panels — all included in the bundle.
NOTICE: Do not use with water that is unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection either before or after the system.
