A: The standard filter included with the HAC8BLSS-WF is certified to NSF/ANSI 42, 53, 372, and 401 standards, and is tested to reduce lead, microplastics, Class 1 particulate, cysts, and chlorine taste and odor.
Q: How often does the filter need to be replaced?
A: The filter should be replaced at 1,500 gallons capacity or 1 year after installation, whichever comes first (3,000 gallon capacity depending on configuration). Regular replacement ensures continued filtration performance.
Q: What water pressure is required for proper operation?
A: The HAC8BLSS-WF Series operates on 20 to 105 psi supply line pressure. For simultaneous operation of both bubblers, a minimum of 65 psi is recommended.
