Other
Orders that ship directly from a manufacturer normally have a firm shipping estimate but those dates are subject to change due to manufacturer production, inventory or shipping. We do our best to estimate ship dates but orders shipping directly from the manufacturer can have unexpected delays. We will confirm tracking information when orders ship directly from a manufacturer but may not have updates or estimates beyond the original estimate. Once your order is placed with the manufacturer, it may not be able to be cancelled even if it hasn't shipped yet.
Please contact support@bottlefillingstations.com to confirm delivery time for a specific product or quantity. Or to inquire about an existing order.
Special Case Shipping Rates
Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee in addition to the regularly advertised shipping fee for shipping to remote areas not easily accessible by typical freight carrier means (i.e. islands only accessible by ferry). If your order falls into this category, you will be notified upon receipt of your order, and have the option to complete the purchase with additional fee or to cancel the order. Please note, these instances are very rare, as most locations are reachable by regular freight. If you have any questions, please contact us!

FAQ
Q: How Often Should the Everpure 160-50115 (FXI-22) Filter Be Replaced?
A: Replace the cartridges every 12 months on a regular scheduled program, or sooner when the 30,000-gallon (113,562 L) rated capacity is reached. Replace them earlier if water pressure or flow to the equipment becomes inadequate. The built-in pressure gauge shows when filters need changing.
Q: What Contaminants Does the Filter Remove?
A: The system reduces sediment, dirt and rust down to 2 microns, along with chlorine, taste and odor, and Class III particulates. The scale-inhibiting technology also helps minimize scale buildup and prevent corrosion. The added 5 micron pre-filter gives extra protection on water supplies with excessive sediment.
Q: What Certifications Does Everpure 160-50115 (FXI-22) Filter Have?
A: The system is tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for Bacteriostatic Effects and the reduction of chlorine, taste and odor, and Nominal Particulate Class III.
Q: What Are the Operating Conditions for the Filter?
A: Feed water temperature must be between 35°F and 100°F (2–38°C). Operating pressure is 10–125 psi (0.7–8.6 bar, non-shock), and a pressure reducing valve is recommended when pressure exceeds 85 psi. Do not install where the system could be exposed to freezing temperatures. Install it vertically with 2½" (6.35 cm) of clearance below the cartridge for easy replacement. The Pentair 160-50115 requires no electrical connection.
Q: Is This a Genuine Filter? Is BottleFillingStations.com an Authorized Everpure Distributor?
A: Yes, this is a genuine Everpure 160-50115 (FXI-22) filter so it will perform per manufacturer's standards and come included with a warranty. BottleFillingStations.com is an authorized Everpure distributor.
NOTICE: Do not use with water that is unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection either before or after the system.
