Q: Does the Elkay VRCTLDDMWSK require an electrical connection?
A: No. This unit uses mechanical buttons for both the bottle filler and the front bubbler, so no electrical connection is needed. It also keeps supplying water if power is disrupted.
Q: Can this unit be installed outdoors?
A: Yes. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor installation. In non-temperature controlled environments, it must be adequately winterized and/or protected from extreme heat to prevent damage.
Q: Can a filter be added to this unit?
A: The unit is non-filtered as supplied. The optional EWF3000 Universal Filtration Kit (3000-gallon) can be added for a filtered option.
