Q: What contaminants does the LZSTL8WSBPRO-FLP4-FSR5 filter system reduce?
A: The included FLP4 filter is certified to NSF/ANSI 42, 53 & 401 and reduces Total PFAS (as defined by NSF/ANSI 53), lead, microplastics, cysts, asbestos, turbidity, particulate class 1, chlorine, and taste & odor. The FSR5 sediment prefilter adds an additional stage of protection for material safety and structural integrity.
Q: Does this unit require a dedicated electrical connection?
A: Yes. The unit operates on 115V/60Hz with a full load of 5 amps and requires a 3-wire recessed duplex outlet. New installations must use a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI). The electrical supply is needed to power the refrigeration system and electronic sensor activation.
Q: Can the bottle filler position be changed or relocated?
A: Yes. An optional VERSATILEPRO cable extension add-on kit is available to move the bottle filler to the left side of the unit, offering installation flexibility to suit different space configurations.
