Q: Is the Elkay LZSDWSSPRO-2FL10 refrigerated or does it provide chilled water?
A: No. The LZSDWSSPRO-2FL10 is a non-refrigerated unit that dispenses water at ambient (room) temperature. It does not include a chilling mechanism.

A: Yes. The Pro Filtration system supports multiple filter suffix options, including Total PFAS filters (FLP4), sediment prefilters (FSR5), UV upgrade (-UV), and dual-filter configurations — allowing the unit to be tailored to specific water quality needs.
