Q: How do I access the filter status and bottle counter button?
A: To access the program button, the lower panel of the unit must be opened. The programming button is located at the bottom right corner of the upper panel. This area of the unit is concealed by the lower panel.
Q: Does this model come with a Mounting Frame?
A: Yes, this model comes with an MFWS100 In-wall Carrier Mounting Frame.
Q: What is the difference between the LZWS8K and the LZWSM8K?
A: LZWS8K does not come with Mounting Frame. The LZWSM8K DOES come with a Mounting Frame.
Q: Which replacement filter does this model use?
A: The LZWSM8K uses the Elkay 51300C WaterSentry® Plus filter (3,000-gallon capacity). Replace the filter every 6–12 months, or sooner if the LED status indicator turns red.

Maintenance
It is recommended to routinely clean your Bottle Filling Station with a soft cloth and mild dishwashing soap to spray and wipe down the unit. It is also recommended to clean the flexible fill mat. Remove the four screws to wipe beneath and on top of the mat.
