The Elkay LZSTLDDLC is designed for indoor wall-mount installation and ships in one box. Professional installation by a licensed plumber is strongly recommended to ensure proper water supply, drainage, and electrical connections.
Key Installation Requirements:
- Indoor wall-mounted (on-wall) installation only
- 115V / 60Hz electrical supply, with GFCI protection for new installations
- 3/8" O.D. water supply line with shut-off valve (not included)
- 20-105 psi supply line pressure
- 1-1/2" nominal drain connection
- 1-1/2" trap (not included)
Important Notes Before Installing the LZSTLDDLC:
- The unit does not include the shut-off valve or 1-1/2" trap — these must be supplied separately by the installer.
- Choose the standard or alternate bi-level layout before rough-in, since each layout uses different rough-in dimensions.
- The hanger bracket must be securely supported. If the wall cannot provide adequate support, add a fixture support carrier such as the Elkay MLP200.
- A dedicated circuit with 20-amp load protection is highly recommended.

Basic Installation Overview:
- Confirm the wall can support the unit (approx. 49 lbs shipping weight) and complete the rough-in for your chosen layout.
- Remove the hanger bracket from the back of the unit and anchor it securely to the wall using all six mounting holes.
- Hang the unit on the bracket, making sure the bracket fully engages the slots on the back.
- Remove the lower front panel, then connect the water supply and install the trap according to the manual and local codes.
- Connect electrical power and test operation.
- Adjust the stream height if needed, then reinstall the front panel with all four screws.
