With its Flexi-Guard® Safety Bubbler, mechanical front push-button activation, and ADA-compliant bi-level design, it provides safe, accessible hydration in schools, offices, and public facilities.

Q: Is the EDFP217C Suitable for Outdoor Installation?
A: Yes. It can be installed outdoors when properly winterized or protected from extreme heat. For heavy-duty outdoor use, Elkay offers dedicated outdoor models.
Q: What Water Pressure Range is Required?
A: The EDFP217C operates on supply line pressures between 20–105 PSI. A regulator is required if pressure exceeds 105 PSI.
Q: What Accessories are Available?
A: Compatible accessories include the 97258C Cane Apron, MPW200 In-Wall Mounting Plate, access panels such as AP99 and ACCESS12X38-5 for Bi-Level Architectural Fountains
Q: Can Refrigeration or Filtration be Added Later?
A: Yes. The EDFP217C can be upgraded with the ECH8 Remote Chiller for chilled water and the EWF172 Watersentry VII Filter Kit for filtered water.

- Make sure the wall is strong enough to hold the fountain (up to 150 lbs).
- Turn off the water supply before starting.
- Mount the hanger bracket securely to the wall at the correct height.
- Connect the water line to the fountain inlet and check for leaks.
- Attach the drain tube to the waste outlet and tighten securely.
- Secure the fountain to the wall with bolts and reinstall the access panel.
- Turn the water supply back on and test the bubbler stream.
- For detailed steps, refer to the installation manual provided in the package or contact a licensed plumber.
- Check the bubbler stream regularly; adjust if needed using the regulator screw.
- Inspect fittings and tubing for leaks; reseat connections if necessary.
- Clean the exterior with a soft cloth and mild cleaner.
