Evergreen normally ships in 5-15 days. Black, Gray and Blue ship in 2-4 weeks.

A: The Cooler Combo includes both the Bottle Filler and Water Cooler, shipped in two separate boxes.

Q: Does the shipment include everything for installation?

A: Not included:

  • Shut-off Valve (not furnished)
  • 1-1/4” Trap (not furnished)

Q: Does this product come with a Mounting Frame?

A: Cooler Combos include hanger brackets. For added structural support, you can order the MLP200 In-Wall Carrier Frame.

Q: Is there a newer model series available?

Q: Does this unit come with a filter?

A: Yes. Each unit includes one 51300C Replacement Filter with a 3,000-gallon capacity.
