Installation
- Turn off the water supply before starting.
- Mount the flush valve and faucet securely to the clinical sink according to the rough‑in dimensions.
- Install the sweat adapter and control stop to connect the water supply.
- Attach the outlet tube to the fixture spud and tighten the spud nut by hand.
- Connect the diverter valve assembly and secure it with the coupling nut.
- Install the wall support flange and support rod to keep the diverter valve stable.
- Connect the vacuum breaker tube to the diverter valve assembly and secure with the tube nut.
- Finish by installing the flushometer valve and check all connections for leaks.

Maintenance
- Clean the spray disc and screen regularly to prevent clogging.
- Wipe chrome surfaces with mild soap and water; avoid harsh cleaners.
- Check fittings and seals for leaks; replace worn parts with genuine Zurn kits.
- For seasonal shutdowns, drain the valve and remove internals to prevent freezing damage.
- Use rebuild kits (like P6000‑PN22) to replace seals and o‑rings when needed.
