Installation
- Place gasket and base through sink center hole; secure with washer, lockwasher, and mounting nut.
- Install valve body assemblies from underside of sink and hand‑tighten retaining hardware. Do not overtighten.
- Attach escutcheons and cartridge caps to secure body to sink.
- Install spout into base and tighten nut; connect handles to cartridge stems and insert index buttons.
- Connect lavatory supplies to faucet using coupling nuts, then install aerator on spout end.
- Turn on water supply and check for leaks. If installation is difficult, contact a licensed plumber or authorized Zurn Elkay service technician.
Maintenance
- Clean chrome finish with mild soap and water; avoid harsh chemicals or acids.
- Ceramic disk cartridges are maintenance‑free but can be removed for cleaning if supply lines clog.
- Inspect aerator periodically; remove and clean if flow is reduced.
- Check handle operation during routine facility maintenance to ensure smooth quarter‑turn function.
- Replace cartridges or index buttons only with genuine Zurn Elkay parts for proper fit and performance.
