Installation
- Place the icemaker indoors on a firm, level surface with proper clearance (6" top/rear, 6" on one side).
- Attach the adjustable legs and level the unit front‑to‑back and side‑to‑side.
- Connect the water supply line (1/2" NPT inlet, minimum 10 psi, maximum 113 psi). Install a shut‑off valve.
- Connect the drain line (3/4" NPT outlet) with a proper air gap to a floor drain.
- Plug into a grounded 115V, 60Hz outlet (NEMA 5‑15, no extension cords).
- Open the water supply valve, check for leaks, and then switch the control to “ICE.”

Maintenance
- Clean the ice scoop daily with mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.
- Inspect and wash air filters every two weeks.
- Wipe down the exterior monthly with a soft cloth and neutral cleaner.
- Once a year, clean and sanitize the icemaker and bin liner using Hoshizaki “Scale Away” cleaner and sanitizer.
- Check water inlet screens, condenser, and hoses yearly; clean or replace if needed.
- Always unplug the unit and shut off water before servicing.
