Installation
- Choose a mounting location that can support the full operating weight of the Everpure EV932974 system; install vertically with cartridges hanging down.
- Allow at least 2‑1/2" clearance below cartridges for easy replacement; ensure access to drain for flushing.
- Connect feed water supply (cold water only) to inlet port using 3/4" line; install shut‑off valve upstream for service convenience.
- Connect fountain equipment to system outlet before SR‑X feeder; connect coffee brewer and ice machine after SR‑X feeder using a tee.
- Install SR‑X feeder with SS‑XL ScaleStick cartridge to inhibit scale buildup in ice machines and brewers.
- Connect EC210 prefilter cartridge; replace when excessively dirty to maintain flow and protect 7FC cartridges.
- Insert Everpure 7FC cartridges (EV969261) into heads: push upward, align lug with label, and rotate clockwise 1/4 turn until seated.
- Flush system by running water for 5 minutes at full flow to purge air and carbon fines.
- Check all connections for leaks; tighten fittings as needed.

Maintenance
- Replace Everpure EV969261 7FC cartridges when rated capacity (100,000 gallons) is reached, flow rate slows, or at least once per year.
- Replace SS‑XL ScaleStick cartridge before Hydroblend™ compound is depleted to maintain scale control.
- Replace EC210 prefilter cartridge when clogged or dirty to protect downstream filters.
- System is NSF/ANSI 42 & 53 certified for chlorine, taste & odor, particulate Class I, cyst, and turbidity reduction.
- Do not use with microbiologically unsafe water or water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
- Inspect fittings and tubing regularly; reseal or tighten connections as needed.
- For ongoing care, follow the product manual and schedule routine cartridge changes to ensure consistent water quality.
