Installation
- Install the mounting frame and chiller shelf securely; verify wall cavity dimensions match rough‑in requirements.
- Mount the upper bottle filler panel to the frame using hinge brackets and screws; ensure lock brackets align with slots.
- Mount the lower chiller panel to the frame; adjust hinges if necessary and lock panels in place with set screws and bolts.
- Attach drain fittings to the furnished 1‑1/4" waste tube; connect elbow to P‑trap and cut tube to required length.
- Install remote chiller on shelf; maintain minimum 4" clearance on top/sides and 12" depth for service access.
- Connect building water supply to service stop valve (installer supplied); connect 3/8" copper tubing to filter head or strainer.
- For filtered units: mount WaterSentry® Plus EWF3000 filter head to chiller side panel; connect outlet to chiller inlet with 1/4" tubing.
- Insert filter cartridge into filter head; rotate clockwise until secure; label should face forward.
- For non‑filtered units: install in‑line strainer between valve and chiller inlet; flush line thoroughly before connection.
- Connect bottle filler water line from chiller outlet using 1/2" poly tubing union; connect electrical harness to wall box receptacle.
- Turn on water supply; flush at least 1 gallon through bottle filler to purge air and carbon particles; check all connections for leaks.
- Plug unit into grounded outlet; verify green LED filter status and LCD bottle counter display.
- Test dispensing by placing bottle or hand in front of sensor; confirm proper water flow.
- Close and lock lower panel with set screws; installation complete.

Maintenance
- Inspect water and drain connections regularly; reseal or tighten fittings as needed.
- Replace WaterSentry® Plus filter cartridge when LED indicator shows red or after rated capacity; reset filter monitor via program button.
- Clean stainless steel panels with mild detergent and soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or chloride‑based chemicals.
- Clean plastic components with mild detergent and soft cloth; antimicrobial properties will not be harmed.
- Check bubbler stream height; adjust regulator screw to maintain approximately 1‑1/2" above guard.
- Factory temperature control is set at 50°F ± 5°F; adjust cold control if needed for altitude or local conditions.
- Disconnect power and water supply before servicing internal components to avoid hazards.
