The Elkay EZWSRK Bottle Filler Retrofit Kit converts existing Elkay EZ series water coolers and drinking fountains into hands‑free bottle filling stations. This filterless retrofit provides a cost‑effective way to upgrade older units with modern touchless convenience.
Key Installation Requirements:
- Compatible with select Elkay EZ series coolers and fountains (see Compatibility Guide)
- Cold water line only (40–100°F operating temperature)
- Electrical supply: 115V / 60Hz grounded outlet
- Maintain clearance for servicing and sensor alignment
- Indoor installation only; not rated for outdoor use
Important Notes Before Installing:
- Do not connect to hot water lines
- Unit is filterless; optional Elkay filter kits can be added if filtration is required
- Always depressurize water line before servicing or retrofitting
- Ensure sensor lens is unobstructed for accurate activation
- Use only genuine Elkay retrofit kits to maintain certification and performance
- Confirm compatibility with existing cooler/fountain model before installation
Basic Installation Overview:
- Disconnect electrical power and shut off water supply
- Remove existing cooler or fountain front panel
- Install retrofit bottle filler assembly using supplied hardware
- Connect water supply line to retrofit inlet
- Wire electrical supply to grounded outlet
- Restore water supply and electrical power
- Test sensor activation and Green Ticker™ display for proper operation
