The Zurn 34-20XLPEX is designed for installation on potable water service lines to reduce high inlet pressure to a lower outlet pressure. Local codes shall govern installation requirements. The valve may be installed in any position with sufficient side clearance for testing and maintenance. Multiple installations are recommended for wide demand variations or where the desired pressure reduction is more than 4 to 1. For PEX tube installations, do not exceed the rated pressure or temperature of the tube.
