We do our best to estimate ship dates but orders shipping directly from the manufacturer can have unexpected delays. We will confirm tracking information when orders ship directly from a manufacturer but may not have updates or estimates beyond the original estimate. Once your order is placed with the manufacturer, it may not be able to be cancelled even if it hasn't shipped yet.

Special Case Shipping Rates
Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee in addition to the regularly advertised shipping fee for shipping to remote areas not easily accessible by typical freight carrier means (i.e. islands only accessible by ferry). If your order falls into this category, you will be notified upon receipt of your order, and have the option to complete the purchase with additional fee or to cancel the order. FAQ
Q: What is the difference between the Wilkins 2-375XL and other sizes in the 375XL series?
A: The Zurn 2-375XL is the 2 inch model in the series. All sizes feature the same reinforced nylon construction and lead-free certification, but vary in flow capacity, dimensions, and weight. Larger sizes (1-1/4 inch through 2 inch) have higher flow rates and different installation clearance requirements.
Q: Can the Zurn Wilkins 2-375XL be installed outdoors?
A: Yes, the Wilkins 2-375XL can be installed outdoors when housed in a protective enclosure provided by others. For indoor installations, an air gap adapter should be supplied to ensure proper drainage and prevent submersion.
Q: What maintenance is required for the 2-375XL backflow preventer?
A: The assembly should be tested regularly according to local codes and manufacturer instructions. Repair kits are available for maintenance. The installation must provide sufficient side clearance for testing and maintenance, with the unit mounted 12 to 30 inches above adequate drains.
NOTICE: Do not use with water that is unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection either before or after the system.
