The Zurn 1260XL-C is ideal for multi-fixture branch lines, long runs of piping to remote equipment, and commercial plumbing systems. For branch lines of 20 feet or less, install between the last two fixtures served. For branch lines exceeding 20 feet, install additional arresters as needed. When long runs of piping serve remote equipment, locate the arrester as close as possible to the point of quick valve closure. Suitable for fixture unit loads from 33 to 60 units on 1 inch pipe size installations.
