Orders that ship directly from a manufacturer normally have a firm shipping estimate but those dates are subject to change due to manufacturer production, inventory or shipping. We do our best to estimate ship dates but orders shipping directly from the manufacturer can have unexpected delays. We will confirm tracking information when orders ship directly from a manufacturer but may not have updates or estimates beyond the original estimate. Once your order is placed with the manufacturer, it may not be able to be cancelled even if it hasn't shipped yet.
Please contact support@bottlefillingstations.com to confirm delivery time for a specific product or quantity. Or to inquire about an existing order.
Special Case Shipping Rates
Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee in addition to the regularly advertised shipping fee for shipping to remote areas not easily accessible by typical freight carrier means (i.e. islands only accessible by ferry). If your order falls into this category, you will be notified upon receipt of your order, and have the option to complete the purchase with additional fee or to cancel the order. Please note, these instances are very rare, as most locations are reachable by regular freight. If you have any questions, please contact us!

- Position the Hoshizaki KM‑350/420/520/660 modular cuber in a permanent indoor location with ambient temperature between 45°F–100°F and water temperature between 45°F–90°F.
- Allow proper clearance: 6" at rear, sides, and top for air‑cooled and water‑cooled models; 12" clearance at right side for certain air‑cooled units. Remote condenser units require 24" clearance front and rear.
- Unpack the ice storage bin or dispenser unit; attach adjustable legs if applicable and place in location. Level the bin or dispenser front‑to‑rear and side‑to‑side.
- Place the icemaker on top of the bin or dispenser; secure using mounting brackets and bolts provided. Ensure bin opening matches icemaker drop zone.
- Electrical connection must be hard‑wired to a dedicated 115V/60Hz/1‑phase circuit with proper breaker size (15–20A depending on model). Connect black wire to HOT, white to neutral, and ground to ground screw. Unit must be properly grounded.
- Connect potable water supply to the 1/2" FPT inlet using minimum 1/4" ID copper tubing; install shut‑off valve and drain valve.
- Connect icemaker drain to 3/4" FPT outlet using minimum 3/4" ID hard pipe; maintain 2" vertical air gap to floor drain and slope horizontal runs 1/4" per foot.
- For water‑cooled models, connect condenser water inlet (1/2" FPT) and outlet (3/8" FPT) separately; install shut‑off and drain valves as required.
- For remote models, connect refrigerant line set to approved Hoshizaki remote condenser (URC‑5FZ); follow line set sizing, refrigerant charge, and electrical connection instructions.
- Check refrigerant lines and compressor mounting pads; ensure fan blade turns freely.
- Open water supply, purge air from lines, and check all connections for leaks.
- For detailed steps, refer to the Hoshizaki KM‑350/420/520/660 installation manual or contact a licensed plumber/electrician.
- Inspect air filters bi‑weekly; wash with warm water and neutral cleaner if dirty.
- Check external water filters monthly; replace if pressure drops. Wipe down exterior panels with soft cloth and neutral cleaner.
- Clean and sanitize icemaker and bin at least yearly using Hoshizaki “Scale Away” cleaner followed by sanitizing solution.
- Inspect condenser fins and cabinet louvers yearly; clean with brush or vacuum. More frequent cleaning may be required depending on environment.
- Check water hoses and inlet screens yearly; clean or replace as needed.
- Verify bin control operation during startup; ensure proper shut‑down when actuator paddle is pressed.
- Disconnect power before servicing internal components; lockout/tagout to prevent accidental energizing.
- For service or repairs, consult the manual or a certified Hoshizaki service representative.
