Q: Can the Haws 4010 be used with a water filter to reduce lead?
A: Yes. The optional Haws Model 6426, a 10" x 2" in-line lead removal filter element, is compatible with the Haws 4010 and can be added to reduce lead from the incoming water supply.
Q: What type of water supply connection does the Haws 4010 require?
A: The Haws 4010 connects via a 3/8" O.D. tube x 1/4" NPT male fitting for the water supply. The countertop and supply connections are not supplied with the unit.
Q: Is the Haws 4010 suitable for use in schools or laboratories?
A: Yes. The Haws 4010 is specifically designed for indoor public and private settings, including school classrooms, laboratories, and other facilities where a deck-mounted drinking fountain or sink is needed.
