A: The 1311S Series is designed for indoor use only, or outdoor environments where the temperature consistently remains above freezing. It is not recommended for locations exposed to freezing temperatures.

A: Yes. The optional Model 6480 filter kit — which includes a 3,000-gallon carbon block filter, filter head, and mounting bracket — is compatible with the 1311S Series for added filtration capability.
Q: What is included in the Haws 1311S Series bundle?
A: The bundle includes the fountain (1311), bottle filler (1920WHO), fountain back panel (BP8W), bottle filler back panel (BP15W), and two in-wall mounting plates (6700). An optional support frame (Model 6800) and child-height one-piece back panel (Model BP15WC) are also available separately.
