Q: What pedestal series is the Haws 3690FR compatible with?
A: The 3690FR is designed specifically for use with the Haws 3600 series modular outdoor pedestals, including the Model 3674 pedestal and Model 3671 pedestal arms.
Q: How does the freeze-resistant mechanism work?
A: The pneumatic-operated freeze-resistant valve is mounted in an indoor cabinet where temperatures stay above 50°F (10°C). When the valve shuts off, remaining water in the supply line drains back into the waste inside the cabinet, preventing freezing.
Q: Are bury valves included with the Haws 3690FR?
A: No. Bury valves (such as the Haws Model 6518FR or 6518FR.2) are required for freeze-resistant installations but are sold separately. One bury valve is required per water outlet nozzle.
