Q: What type of waste connection does the Haws 3612BFA use, and what is required for installation?
A: The unit uses a 1-1/2" slip waste connection with integral mounting feet. Installation requires a concrete slab of at least 30" square and 6" minimum thickness. A trap in the waste line and a screwdriver stop in the supply line should be installed per local codes.
Q: Can the bottle filler and fountain arms be repositioned or adjusted?
A: Yes. The arm heights are configurable to support standing adult, wheelchair, and child positions. The bottle filler and fountain bowls are also rotatable for flexible installation orientations.
Q: Is filtration available for this unit?
A: The Haws 3612BFA does not include built-in filtration. However, a filtered version is available — refer to the 3612FBFA. An optional water filter kit (Model 6477) can also be installed separately to accommodate filtration needs.
