Q: Can the Haws 3612 Series be installed with a water filter?
A: Yes. The optional Model 6477 Water Filter Kit can be added and mounts inside the pedestal. New installations may also accommodate an owner-provided filter rated up to 6,000 gallons using the supplied mounting hardware.
Q: What type of plumbing connection does the Haws 3612 Series require?
A: The 3612 Series uses a 1-1/2" slip waste connection. Plumbing supply must fit within a 7-inch diameter area centered under the pedestal. A trap in the waste line and a screwdriver stop in the supply line are recommended per local codes.
Q: Can the arm and bottle filler orientation be adjusted after installation?
A: Yes. The Haws 3612 Series features modular construction, allowing drinking fountain bowls and bottle filler modules to be rearranged or repositioned. Multiple arm height configurations are supported to accommodate standing, wheelchair, and child access heights.
