Q: Is the Oasis PWSBF ADA compliant?
A: Yes. When installed correctly, the PWSBF meets ADA and ANSI A117.1 accessibility requirements. For split-level coolers, the VersaFiller must be mounted on the low unit to comply with ADA guidelines.
Q: Does the PWSBF require electricity?
A: No. This mechanical model is manually activated and does not require a separate power source.
Q: Can filtration be added to the PWSBF?
A: Yes. The unit supports retrofit filter kits such as the VersaFilter III, Total PFAS Kit, and Pharma Kit.
Q: What finish does the PWSBF use?
A: The cabinet is stainless steel with logos permanently formed into the alcove and wrapper.
Q: What comes in the package?
A: The retrofit kit includes the bottle filler unit, top cap, tubing, quick connect fittings, rubber gasket, wall mounting brackets, and installation instructions. Optional Elkay adapter gasket (041533-001) is available if retrofitting to Elkay fountains.

- Turn off the water and unplug the cooler before starting.
- Place the mounting bracket and gasket on top of the cooler, then secure it to the wall.
- Attach the bottle filler frame and pull the water tube through the hole provided.
- Connect the water line from the cooler to the bottle filler.
- If your model has a filter, insert it, flush for one minute, then connect it to the cooler.
- Secure the bottle filler cabinet and top cover with screws.
- Turn the water back on, plug in the cooler, and press the button to test water flow.
- For detailed steps, refer to the installation manual provided in the package or contact a licensed plumber.
- Check for leaks around the tubing and fittings regularly.
- Wipe the outside with a soft cloth and mild cleaner.
- If your model has a filter, replace it once a year or when water flow slows down.
- Test the bubbler and bottle filler stream height; adjust if needed.
