BottleFillingStations.com, owned and operated by Mission Water Company, is an online supplier of high quality drinking fountains, filters, and parts. If there are any issues with your order, we will work with you to form a solution.
If you are not satisfied with your product(s), we will work with you to form a solution. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of your receipt and your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note there are no refunds or returns for Outdoor Drinking Fountains and Bottle Filling Stations.
Mission Water Company inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused, or non-resalable items.
If item(s) are approved for return, we refund you less a 35% restocking fee. You are responsible for the freight charge.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Mission Water Company reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the invoice date. However, if the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 35% restocking fee and credit will be issued towards future purchases.
If you haven't received your order, but wish to inquire about canceling it, please refer to our Cancelation policy found in section 14 of our Terms of services. Click here to read that policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Additionally, Bottle Filling Stations and Water Coolers cannot be shipped via FedEX, UPS, or Speedy, as this puts the system at risk for damage. These products must be shipped via freight. Please email or call us with any questions pertaining to shipping your return item.
Mission Water Company will notify you where to send the returns.
