Installation Guide

Follow these steps to install your freestanding outdoor bottle filling station correctly.

Before Installation

Use a smooth, flat, finished surface capable of supporting at least 300 lbs. Protect the unit from extreme temperatures. Installation should be completed by a licensed plumber, with a shut-off valve added to the water supply.

Review the Rough-In

Refer to the product rough-in drawing before positioning plumbing and anchoring points.

Secure the Unit

Anchor the unit to the finished surface using 3/8-inch fasteners. Fasteners are not included.

Connect Water and Drain

Follow local codes. Use 3/8-inch O.D. unplated copper tubing for the water supply and 1-1/2-inch IPS for waste.

Flush the Supply Lines

Flush debris from the copper lines before connecting. Push tubes straight into the fittings without soldering.

Position and Finish

Position the drain pipe and aesthetic collar correctly, then secure the bottle filler using the provided hardware.

Pressure

Ensure the water inlet pressure is between 20-105 PSI. Use a pressure-reducing regulator if it exceeds 105 PSI.

Winterize

Winterize the unit if it’s in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

Clean

Clean the exterior regularly with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Inspect
