Orders that ship directly from a manufacturer normally have a firm shipping estimate but those dates are subject to change due to manufacturer production, inventory or shipping. We do our best to estimate ship dates but orders shipping directly from the manufacturer can have unexpected delays. We will confirm tracking information when orders ship directly from a manufacturer but may not have updates or estimates beyond the original estimate. Once your order is placed with the manufacturer, it may not be able to be cancelled even if it hasn't shipped yet.

FAQ
Q: What is the difference between the standard 2-500XL and the Zurn 2-500XLHR model?
A: The Wilkins 2-500XLHR features the HR option with a 75-125 psi spring range factory set at 85 psi, compared to the standard model's 25-75 psi range set at 50 psi, making it suitable for applications requiring higher outlet pressures.
Q: Can the 2-500XLHR be installed in a pit or vault application?
A: Yes, the valve may be installed in any position. If installed in a pit, vault, or inside application, it is recommended to specify the "SC" sealed cage option for optimal performance.
Q: What is the maximum pressure reduction ratio recommended for this valve?
A: Multiple installations are recommended for wide demand variations or where the desired pressure reduction is more than 3 to 1 ratio (e.g., 150 psi inlet reduced to 50 psi outlet) for optimal valve performance.
NOTICE: Do not use with water that is unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection either before or after the system.
