A: No. It uses Hydro•X Power technology, which generates renewable hydropower from water flow — eliminating the need for batteries or electrical hardwiring.
Q: What is the operating pressure range for this flush valve?
A: The valve operates at a minimum of 25 psi (running) up to 80 psi (static). Higher running pressure may be required for certain fixtures; consult the fixture manufacturer for details.
Q: Is this flush valve ADA compliant for handicap stall installations?
A: Yes. Per ADA Guidelines (section 604.9.4), it is recommended that grab bars be split or shifted to the wide side of the stall. An alternate ADA installation is available, and the optional P6000-YB-OSK Offset Supply Kit can lower the valve height by 1-1/2" for grab bar clearance.
